Louck’s blacksmith shop 2 ½ miles from town at 2 ¼ P.M. – had horses hind shoes moved & 2 Rivets & 2 nails made – Louck not there – waited for him some time – walked round 3 miles or more while my horse there – home at 5 ¾ P.M. Spent Ev^e in office & to bed 9 P.M.
