Our hind axle – tree broke on the way home / Young Mr Garman – he assisted us very Kindly to brace it up so as to get it home – we got home at 6 ½ P.M, I voted the entire Democratic ticket after we returned home, was at Herrs Hotel ½ an hour after tea reading News ~ home 7 ¾ + to bed at 8 ½ P.M.
