Gov. Packer, Jordan, Warford, J. D. Cameron and other had overcoats on at church. I had walked 2 miles circular after morning church between 11 3/4 am and 12 ½ pm. Mr. Cattell preached in the evening Rev. Mr. Robinson of the N. S. Presbyterian church in this place preached a most excellent sermon for us from the text "God is love" and Mr. Cattell preached in his church. Home 8 ½ and to bed 9 to 9 ½.
