Consists of the Official Handbook of the Fifth Annual Convention of the Master House Painters' and Decorators' Association of the State of Pennsylvania. The convention was held in Harrisburg, January 12-14, 1892. In addition to the program of the convention and articles concerning painting, it includes photographs of the members of the executive board of the association and provides a short history of the city of Harrisburg with pictures of various landmark buildings such as the Pennsylvania Railroad Station, the Harrisburg Post Office, the Bolton House, the Lochiel Hotel, Harrisburg banks, and the Telegraph Building.
