day of mo 30~2 [Monday, June 30, 1834] Clear & Beautiful – Frances is comparatively well this morning. Paid Jacob (my valet) 6 ¼ cts. Wrote note to Jas Boyd. (present) about Money owing to me from he & G.E. Briggs. I was at S. Court morning & afternoon & find from the Clerks entry of Record that Hamilton Alricks was admitted in the S. C on Motion of Saml Douglas Esqr on 9 May 1831 at Lancaster & Myself at Same place on Motion of Wm McClure Esqr on 18 May 1833 – I was at Mrs Musgraves this Evening – Spent ¾ hour
