The collection contains a land patent granted to John Wiggins for a tract of land called, "Atlas," situated on the top of the Blue Mountain in Paxton Township, Dauphin County containing eighty-eight and one quarter acres. Signed by Charles Biddle, Vice President of the Supreme Executive Council of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on February 22, 1786.
