The collection contains a scrapbook primarily of newspaper clippings of the 1936 flood. One paper describes the explosion of the Hindenburg dirigible in Lakehurst in May, 1937. The scrapbook contains articles with photos of the flood of the Juniata and Susquehanna Rivers in the neighborhoods along the shores of both rivers.
