Background
John Ulrich Sr. was born in 1905. He was married to Hazel Thrush. He opened a Osteopathic General practice in Steelton, and studied radiology in Philadelphia in the 1940's. He became Chief of Radiology at the Osteopathic Hospital on Front Street in the former Tracy Mansion before Community General Osteopathic Hospital moved to Lower Paxton Township. He retired in 1974 and opened a geriatric practice in Camp Hill for five years; he died in 1979.
