Contains articles on the water supply, the first public housing project, traffic congestion, smoke elimination, highway plans, property assessment values for 1942, and more. Includes a complete listing of all articles.


Malcolm H. Dill was appointed resident planner for the Harrisburg Area Regional Planning Commission in 1938. He came to Harrisburg from Tennessee where he was associated with the Tennessee Valley Authority.
